**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Analysis and Strategy Support**:

- Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Support senior management in the development and implementation of business strategies to enhance company growth.
- Prepare business reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research to gather relevant industry data, consumer insights, and market trends.
- Help with identifying potential new markets, business sectors, or customer segments for business expansion.
- Compile research findings and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
- **Project Management Support**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across different departments.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify any risks or delays, and report them to management.
- **Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Support the finance team with budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow analysis, and financial performance reviews.
- Help track key financial metrics to support decision-making processes.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Help organize meetings with clients, prepare presentations, and follow up on client inquiries.
- Provide timely responses to client queries and support them in resolving issues.
- **Operational Support**:

- Assist in streamlining internal processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Help implement business solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Perform administrative tasks and support daily operations in the department.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: MBA (Master of Business Administration) from a recognized university.
- **Experience**:

- Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of internship or work experience.
- Strong understanding of business principles, management strategies, marketing, and finance.
- Previous exposure to business analysis, marketing, or operations is an advantage, but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop insights.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
