**Client Communication**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients in Tamil.
- Explain Ayursesha's products and services, emphasizing their benefits.
- Answer incoming calls, addressing client inquiries, and providing accurate information.
- **Lead Conversion**:

- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Persuade potential clients to purchase products or book services.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely follow-up for conversions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update CRM systems with client details and interaction summaries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and sales performance.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on Ayursesha’s product offerings, promotions, and services.
- Educate clients about new products, offers, and health benefits.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in Tamil (mandatory); proficiency in English or Hindi is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, persuasive and confident, ability to handle rejection, and strong problem-solving skills.
- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
