**Job Title**: Script Writer Trainer

**Experience**: min. 3 years

**Position Overview**: As a Script Writing Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging and effective training programs to individuals eager to learn about script writing techniques and principles. Leveraging your expertise in script writing, story structure, character development, and dialogue, you will guide curiosity learners through practical exercises, interactive workshops, and constructive feedback sessions, empowering them to create memorable and emotionally resonant narratives. This role requires a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and a commitment to fostering creativity and storytelling excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver structured script writing training modules covering screenplay structure, plot development, character arcs, dialogue, and formatting.
- Design interactive and hands-on learning activities, including writing exercises, script analyses, table reads, and storyboarding sessions, to facilitate skill development and creative expression.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to learners, offering support, encouragement, and constructive critique to help them refine their writing skills and develop their unique voice as storytellers.
- Facilitate group discussions and brainstorming sessions to explore narrative ideas, themes, and storytelling techniques, fostering collaboration and creative synergy among learners.
- Incorporate diverse genres, styles, and cultural perspectives into the curriculum to broaden learners’ artistic horizons and inspire innovation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in script writing trends, industry standards, and emerging storytelling platforms, and integrate relevant updates into the training curriculum.
- Organize script readings, pitch sessions, and industry networking events to provide learners with opportunities to showcase their work and connect with industry professionals.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages experimentation, risk-taking, and mutual respect among learners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, Creative Writing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a script writer, screenwriter, or writing instructor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in script writing and storytelling.
- Proven track record of successful script instruction, with experience coaching writers of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Passion for storytelling and script writing, with a genuine interest in nurturing the creative talents of aspiring writers.
- Familiarity with industry-standard script writing software (e.g., Final Draft, Celtx) and screenplay formatting conventions.
- Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus.
- Teaching certification or relevant professional credentials are desirable.

**Interview Time**: Sunday 12 PM to 3 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: ₹13,700.00 - ₹78,337.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
