**Experience & Skills Required**:
- Experience in risk and safety management in the UK offshore industry. Background in Process
- Practical experience writing or using Performance Standards
- Workshop Scribe for HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA
- Good working knowledge of FERA and QRA
- Good working knowledge of UK regulations with respect to Oil and Gas production offshore
- Must be willing to travel to different parts of the world or to travel offshore although this is primarily an office based position
- Team spirit, Ethics and integrity, communication skills etc.
**Qualifications Required**:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering.
**Role Purpose**:
Responsible for Conducting design appraisal / consultancy on safety systems. Risk and Safety project work including Safety Case Thorough reviews and design review
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- HAZOP/HAZID/LOPA Facilitator or Scribe
- Conduct Process safety audits as required
- Be responsive and proactive to opportunities to growth business - tender writing
- Responsible for compiling Safety Case
- Responsible for Design Review
- Responsible for QRA & FERA Studies
- Ensuring a high standard of Customer liaison
- Responsibility for Project management
- Ensuring Financial control of workload
**Deliverables**:
- Retain client contracts and relationships
- Ensure quality of Technical content of reports
- Increase commercial awareness with respect to potential new opportunities with existing clients, incorporating “added value”
- Delivery against Key personal and divisional KPIs
**Governance**:
- Projects/contracts delivered on time and under internal budget.
- Satisfactory delivery and timely submission on project requirements
- Compliance with people policies and common processes
- Code of ethics
