Job Description: Research Associate(Hyderabad, Full-Time)

**Position**: Research Associate
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year
**Location**: NIPER, Hyderabad
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Optimize and validate diagnostic platforms, including LFA and ELISA, ensuring sensitivity, specificity, and reliability.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the accuracy of results.
- Maintain detailed documentation of research processes, experiments, and results.
- Stay updated on advancements in diagnostic technologies and integrate them into development processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality control and regulatory compliance throughout the development process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the development of Point-of-Care diagnostic kits.
- Proficiency in Lateral Flow Assay (LFA) and ELISA methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to diagnostic kit development is preferred.
