**Position Overview**:As a Java and Android Trainer at Excellence Technology, you will be responsible for imparting comprehensive knowledge of core Java, advanced Java, and Android app development to our students. Your role will involve developing and delivering engaging and effective training programs, ensuring that our students gain the skills and confidence needed for success in the software development industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**: Design and develop course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and training modules, that cover core Java, advanced Java, and Android app development topics.

**Classroom Instruction**: Conduct training sessions, lectures, and hands-on workshops to teach students the principles of Java programming and Android app development.

**Practical Labs**: Oversee and facilitate practical labs, ensuring that students gain practical experience by working on Java and Android projects.

**Assessment**: Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate students' understanding and progress.

**Feedback and Support**: Provide constructive feedback to students, offer additional support to those who may be struggling, and mentor students to help them reach their full potential.

**Stay Updated**: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Java and Android development to ensure that the curriculum remains relevant.

**Additional Training**: Conduct workshops, webinars, or seminars on related topics as needed to enhance students' skills and knowledge.

**Student Engagement**: Foster a positive and engaging learning environment, encouraging active participation and collaboration among students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Java programming, including core and advanced concepts.
- Proficiency in Android app development is a plus.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles.
- Dedication to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Angular: 1 year (preferred)
