**What You’ll Be Doing**

You’ll be working for a wide variety of industries including leisure activities, marketing, IT, health, finance and tech to ensure they perform well on the search engines. You’ll be working closely with the content team to execute client campaigns and strategies.

Since our clients are based in the UK, you must have exceptional English-speaking and writing skills. You’ll play a key role in advancing outreach campaigns for link building and external publications.

As a team founded on trust and integrity, you’ll be responsible in part for managing your own workload with our ethos concentrating more on quality and delivery than arbitrary rules.

**You Will Need**
- 1 year+ experience in SEO
- Familiarity with keyword placement & research, SEO and Google Analytics
- Excellent understanding and experience with website analytics tools like Moz, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs etc.
- Working understanding of conversion and performance marketing
- Understanding of web design and site structures
- Good knowledge of back link analysis
- An adaptable outreach style for different industries, clients and audiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A creative, fearless, can-do attitude
- Strong decision-making and reasoning skills
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and time management skills
- An interest and desire to learn more about digital marketing

**You Will Be**
- Researching, sourcing and outreaching to external publications
- Qualifying websites for potential link opportunities
- Research industry-related topics for clients
- Creating article outlines for writers
- Performing technical and non-technical SEO maintenance on clients’ websites
- Using search engine optimisation strategies to maximise the online visibility of a website in search results
- Analysing and ensuring a healthy backlink profile
- Analysing competitor backlinks
- Conducting keyword research and selection for SEO projects based on client needs
- Implementing and developing SEO strategies
- Developing and implementing link-building strategies
- Researching the competitors, both on-site and off-site
- Working alongside a team of innovative, forward-thinking digital marketers
- Joining a small, expanding team where knowledge, ideas and results are valued above rank
