**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a passionate and creative **UI/UX Designer** to join our design team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or entry-level designers to gain hands-on experience in designing user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. You'll work closely with senior designers, developers, and product teams to create smooth, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Support the team in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the design intent.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to improve the product experience.
- Help maintain and update design systems and style guides.
- Adapt designs for different devices and screen sizes (responsive design).

**Requirements**:

- A degree/diploma in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
- Familiarity with design tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop**, etc.
- Good visual design sense - color theory, typography, layout.
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow as a designer.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio of projects (college, freelance, personal) is a must.

**Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)**:

- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics.
- Exposure to tools like Canva, Webflow, or prototyping platforms.
- Experience in using design systems or component libraries.
