**Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate and timely academic support to students on the Chegg platform.

Answer student questions and inquiries with clarity and precision, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Create and review educational content, including study guides, practice questions, and explanations, to support student learning.

Stay up-to-date with current curriculum standards, academic trends, and best practices in your field to ensure the delivery of relevant and effective support.

Collaborate with the Chegg team and other SMEs to continuously improve the quality of academic assistance and resources provided to students.

Uphold academic integrity and ethical standards while supporting students, ensuring compliance with Chegg's policies and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively to students of varying levels.

Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or providing academic support is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational technology tools is a plus.

Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed academically.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
