Swimming Coach

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, ranging from beginners to advanced swimmers.

Develop customized training programs to meet the needs and goals of each student.

Ensure the safety of all swimmers by enforcing pool rules and providing vigilant supervision.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Provide feedback and support to help students improve their swimming techniques.

Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas.

Plan and execute special events or swimming clinics as needed.

**Requirements**:
Certified Swimming Instructor with current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Previous experience teaching swimming to various age groups.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire students.

Knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols.

Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Preferred Qualifications:
Lifeguard certification.

Experience working in a residential or community setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
