**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and engage them in conversation.
- Provide information about our products and services and answer any questions or concerns the clients may have.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the clients and senior management.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office equipment and basic computer software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to make cold calls and convince potential clients to schedule meetings.
