**Work Hours**:7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Night Shift)

**Responsibilities**:

- Entering customer data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking output
- Complying with data integrity and security policies
- Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
- Responsible for the overall vendor’s accounts, orders, quality, performance, and customer experience
- Ability to develop and share best practices across the teams by streamlining the processes of order fulfillment, Vendor Onboarding, Coverage, and Automation
- To Identify, prioritize & solve ongoing business requirements for a rapidly growing company & Accountable for meeting & exceeding operational goals
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies & procedures

**Other requirements**:
1. Should be a graduate in any field or Have a diploma certificate

2. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

3. Comfortable working in night shift

4. Highly motivated with a desire to learn

5. Ability to organize & work independently to achieve desired results

6. Microsoft Office skills

7. English Proficiency (Spoken) & English Proficiency (Written)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,418.00 per month
