Responsibilities included but not limited to:

- Generating drawings for parts and assemblies.
- Documentation as per FDA and Company SOP requirements.
- Designing for Manufacturing and performing Engineering Change Notices to improve manufacturability and quality.
- Supporting production for method sheet creation, tooling, and process quali cation.
- Creating test xtures including instrumenting with data acquisition systems.
- Designing precision motion stages and components, electromechanical system parts and assemblies in CAD environment.
- Providing simulation support for motion planning software and optimizing 3D CAD as needed for efficiency of simulation.
- Modeling and simulation of design components, such as dynamic system modeling, kinematic modeling, structural, and thermal analysis.
- Improve and Maintain PDM work ow.
- Work within PLM and other documentation control systems to update designs.

Education and Experience:

- BSc. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Biomedical Engineering or in an equivalent area
- 2+ years of experience in the mechanical engineering eld
- Design experience in precision automation
- Competency in designing large electromechanical system components
- Proven design record
- Analytical problem solution skills, such as modeling and simulations
- Additive manufacturing, such as 3D printing
- Experienced with SolidWorks PDM work ow management. Able to make work ows from scratch
- Must have good knowledge of general dimensions and tolerances.

Required Abilities and Skills:

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Flexibility to work in a changing and fast paced environment
- Drive, determination and ability to hit aggressive milestones/deadlines.
- Pro ciency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Pro ciency with 3D CAD software, SolidWorks is preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
