- Handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations following company policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous support through online channels.
- Stay informed about new products, sales, and online shopping trends to provide the best possible service to customers.
- Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., customer service, logistics) to resolve any issues related to orders.
