Job Description for Bar Tender:
Post: Bar Tender

Gender: Preferred Male & Female

Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in same field

**Salary**: up to 20k.

**Job Description**:
Beverage Preparation and Service:
1. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.

2. Mix and garnish cocktails according to established recipes and customer preferences.

3. Provide recommendations to customers, guiding them in choosing the perfect drinks to suit their taste.

Customer Interaction:
1. Greet customers warmly, engage in friendly conversations, and create a welcoming environment.

2. Listen to customer preferences and tailor beverage suggestions to meet their desires.

3. Provide attentive and prompt service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.

Menu Knowledge:
1. Have an in-depth understanding of the drink menu, including ingredients, flavours, and pairings.

2. Stay updated on beverage trends and new ingredients to offer innovative and exciting options to customers.

Bar Maintenance:
1. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in proper working condition.

2. Restock ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and other bar essentials as needed.

3. Adhere to hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.

Cash Handling:
1. Accurately process customer orders, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs.

2. Maintain an organized system for tracking sales, managing checks, and settling accounts.

Team Collaboration:
1. Collaborate with other members of the service and kitchen team to ensure seamless customer experiences.

2. Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to fulfill customer requests.

Qualification:
2. 6 month or more than year of experience required in same field

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
