Title: Logistics Coordinator.

Location: Mumbai, India.

Position Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is a professional responsible for facilitating and monitoring supply chain operations by ensuring a smooth process and effective distribution of products and is in charge of the day-to-day operational logistics support to the Customer Service field organisation. Within a specified geographic area this person is the central point of contact for customer engineers, 3rd party warehouse & transport providers, service account managers and global logistics organizations.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Escalation Handling
- Escalations from customer on ETAs and deliveries pending.
- Escalations mails from Field/FSC should revert on timely basis
- LOCA Follow up-ETA tracking
- LOCA follow up needs to be done and ensure all shipments are delivered on time.
- LOCA follow up to refer LIM report/Open call report/SLA Monitor.
- Need to ensure all shipment gets delivered as per given ETA and within SLA
- ETA expired cases & High ETAs should take strongly with 3PL.
- Deliveries should highlight to CEs/Field Managers and team ensure call gets close on time.
- Avoid Premium freight management - Below checks
- Machine status
- SLA - Miss already or can be saved.
- Customer criticality.
- CE availability and site access.
- Cost of shipment and ETA on PC1.

Process Improvement:

- Identifying the current and future business processes
- Identify areas of improvement in the process and streamlining of the new processes
- Horizontal deployment of best practices in each region
- Monitoring all the programs-savings, process improvement centrally

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics profile (preferable ATM industry)
- Graduate
- Master in Excel, working knowhow in MS Access one should able to make tool to run reports, MS PPTs one must have hands-on experience
- Expertise in Excel, Access, and Power Point
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
- Exhibits a strong sense of urgency
