**Social Media Executive (In-Office Role in Delhi)**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to maximize reach and conversions.
- Monitor trends, track analytics, and generate reports on campaign performance.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and queries.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager).
- Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Canva is a plus.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve campaigns.
