**Job Description Summary**: Staff Data & Information Architect will be responsible to lead the Architecture for AI/ML products and developing an end-to-end solution partnering with Platform technology and Analytics teams to deliver the desired product outcomes with quality.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
In this role you will:
- Drive design and architecture for MLOps Framework with Automated Data pipeline, AI/ML model training, deployment, inferencing and integrating with products. Development of a roadmap, design pattern, and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
- Work closely with Principal Architect of Data & Analytics to develop end-customer services using AWS native technologies, and to define and enforce architectural guidelines.
- Knowledge on Privacy & Security Controls for Sensitive data, PHI data classification and enable data access patterns based on data consumption for functional users, Data Scientists and Applications
- Work closely with the scrum team to implement design tenets and translate functional and non
- functional requirements into artifacts.
- Work with product owners across to understand market needs & vision; quickly translate that vision into demonstrable software. Quickly define and deliver working software prototypes.
- Drive increased efficiency within the scrum team, ensure adherence to agile methods and the architectural blueprint established for the solution.
- Support the engineering leadership in terms of scrum team op mechs (estimation, sprints, backlog creation, Release Planning, and cadence for delivery).
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.
- Drive Data Engineering standards within the team and meet all business/project metrics
- Coordinate Technical Design Reviews (Concept, Development, and Evaluation TDR’s).
**Education Qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of IT professional experience or equivalent of experience in Software Architecture or IT
- Minimum 3+ years AWS cloud experience
**Desired Characteristics**:
- Working experience with AWS Native services - S3, Cloud watch, step function, lambda, spark, Glue python shell, Sage Maker, Elastic Search & Kibana reports, Athena
- AWS certifications (preferable AWS Solution Architect).
- Strong knowledge of Big Data and Cloud (AWS) eco-systems, in developing, designing of AI/ML products
- Experience with DevOps & CI/CD technology stack
- Experience with dealing with newer/ less matured technologies, proof-of-concepts, driving pilots, and product evaluations.
- Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
- Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
- Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices
- Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics, such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security
- Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team and balancing value propositions for competing stakeholders.
