**Job Summary**:
Vats Sports is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to oversee and manage merchandising operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development and Line Planning**: Collaborate with design teams to develop new product lines and collections. Create line plans, ensuring that they align with market trends and brand strategy.
- **Order Planning and Management**: Develop production schedules and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Monitor order progress and address any delays or issues in production.
- **Quality Control and Assurance**: Set and communicate quality standards to suppliers. Conduct rigorous quality inspections at various stages of production to maintain high standards.
- **Sample Development and Approval**: Oversee the sample development process, ensuring that samples meet design specifications and quality standards. Provide feedback and approvals for samples before mass production.
- **Client and Stakeholder Communication**: Act as a key point of contact for clients, buyers, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on order status, production progress, and any relevant information.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**: Track and analyze production and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Generate reports and summaries for management and stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Education : undergraduate / post graduate is must
- **English Speaking is must**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably within the sports or apparel industry.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
