**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts & Finance**:

- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable/payable.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial summaries.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings (if applicable).
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and vendors.

**Personal Assistant Duties**:

- Manage the director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle follow-ups with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential files and documents.
- Support in daily administrative work and office management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Prior experience in accounts and admin/PA role preferred.
