**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT sector (software solutions, IT services, cloud, networking, etc.).- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, pipeline management, and closing strategies.- Conduct client presentations, product demos, and solution-based discussions tailored to customer needs.- Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design and propose customized IT solutions.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities.- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM entries.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding IT sales targets over the last 6 years.- Strong knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., software, SaaS, ERP, cloud computing, IT infrastructure).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with C-level executives.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital sales platforms.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).- 6+ years of proven experience in IT sales/business development.
