**Key Roles of a Civil Supervisor**:
**Site Management**:

- Oversee daily site activities and ensure compliance with construction plans.
- Monitor work progress and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.

**Team Supervision**:

- Direct and manage workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
- Ensure that all workers understand their duties and adhere to safety and quality standards.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect materials, workmanship, and overall construction for quality assurance.
- Ensure that the construction meets regulatory and design specifications.

**Budget and Resource Management**:

- Assist in managing project resources to avoid wastage.
- Track material usage and manpower against the budgeted plan.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain daily reports of work progress, issues, and labour usage.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and engineers.

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Familiarity with project management and reporting tools.
- Awareness of health and safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
