**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating 3D Models, Textures, and Animations under the guidance of senior artists.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of visual concepts.
- Take direction from senior artists and implement feedback to improve the quality and efficiency of your work.
- Help maintain organized file structures and adhere to naming conventions to ensure project assets are easily accessible.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and new tools to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the optimization of assets for performance and memory usage.
- Complete tasks and assignments within established deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Animation, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, texturing, and animation projects (academic projects, personal projects, or internships).
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with texturing and shading techniques using software such as Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
- Ability to take direction and constructive criticism positively to improve skills and work quality.
- Passion for creating visually appealing content and a strong desire to pursue a career in 3D art.
