This hospital has been set up as a 250 bedded multi-specialty hospital. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated ICU Doctor to join our team of highly qualified professionals. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced technology to deliver the highest standard of care to our patients.
- ICU doctors are responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients admitted to the ICU. They evaluate the patient's medical history, conduct physical examinations, and review diagnostic test results to establish a diagnosis and develop a treatment plan.
- ICU doctors develop individualized treatment plans for each patient, which may involve prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and determining the need for medical procedures or surgery.
- In the ICU, patients often require life-saving interventions, such as intubation, mechanical ventilation, central line placement, and hemodynamic support. ICU doctors are trained to perform these procedures and oversee their implementation.
- Continuous monitoring of patients is essential in the ICU. ICU doctors closely observe vital signs, oxygen levels, and other parameters. They use this information to adjust treatment plans and respond promptly to any changes in a patient's condition.
- ICU doctors work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and specialists like surgeons, to coordinate patient care. Effective communication and collaboration are vital for ensuring the best outcomes.
- ICU doctors make critical decisions regarding the ongoing care and treatment of patients, including adjusting medications, initiating or discontinuing interventions, and determining the appropriate level of care (e.g., transfer to a step-down unit or discharge).
- In some cases, ICU doctors are responsible for discussing and implementing end-of-life care plans with patients and their families, which may involve palliative care or decisions to withdraw life-sustaining treatment.
- ICU doctors work on initiatives aimed at improving the quality of care in the ICU, which can include implementing best practices, reducing medical errors, and optimizing patient outcomes.
- Stress Management: The ICU is a high-stress environment, and ICU doctors must manage their own stress and maintain their mental and emotional well-being to make sound decisions and provide the best care for their patients.

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,044.61 per month
