Wellship Clinic **Head of Institute (Job Vacancy)**

**Location**: Delhi / Ghaziabad / greater Noida

**Responsibilities**:

- **Profit Center Leadership**: Manage the Wellship Clinic branch as an independent profit center, meeting and exceeding sales revenue and profit targets. Develop and implement strategies to maximize branch revenue and profitability.
- **Sales & Marketing**: Plan and execute various marketing activities to achieve admission targets. Promote the clinic's services, ensuring proper handling of walk-in inquiries, counseling prospective clients, and converting them to registrations.
- **Staff Management**: Recruit, hire, and induct qualified staff. Manage staff performance, ensuring proper training and development. Oversee duty rosters and identify multi-tasking opportunities for staff growth.
- **Student Admissions & Retention**: Manage the complete student admission process, including handling procedures, student induction, and batch formation. Implement timetables and teaching schedules, maintaining student and staff discipline.
- **Financial Management**: Manage cash flow, receivables, and payables. Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- **Revenue Generation**: Strategize and undertake revenue-generating activities beyond admissions, such as corporate tie-ups, institutional business development, and collaborations with local colleges, schools, and tuition houses.
- **Quality & Compliance**: Ensure high-quality education and services are delivered, leading to high student satisfaction. Maintain adherence to Wellship Clinic's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Monitor the effectiveness of branch operations, including yield, capacity, and staff performance. Provide timely feedback and reports to the Zonal Head Office, reviewing strategies and generating sales more effectively.
- **Branch Operations**: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay informed about the general market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activity. Develop strategies to maintain Wellship Clinic's position as a leading provider of health and wellness services.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Minimize staff attrition by fostering a positive work environment and providing growth opportunities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Operations and Management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Commission pay
