**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design & Development**:

- Create and design innovative **label artworks** and packaging materials.
- Utilize **CorelDRAW** and **Adobe Illustrator** to produce high-quality graphics.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Coordinate with clients to incorporate feedback and ensure designs meet expectations.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain brand guidelines across all designs to ensure uniformity and visual appeal.
- Develop graphics that align with the company’s image and vision.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct final checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality of all designs before production.
- Adapt designs for various printing processes and formats.
- **Creative Innovation**:

- Stay updated with design trends and suggest improvements for future projects.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance design outputs.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, particularly in label or packaging design.
- **Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in **CorelDRAW** and **Adobe Illustrator** is mandatory.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
