**Designation: Office Assistant - Job Description**
- To get signatures on important documents from Directors and make sure paperwork needing director approval is done on time
- Get legal certificates needed for tender documents from auditors, Lawyers and from bank.
- Take care of land-related documents, keeping them updated and organized.
- Coordinate with auditor office, including visiting their office to collect documents and DSC keys.
- Handle cash transactions both inside and outside the office.
- Keep cash records accurate and up to date.
- Process payments and maintain proper records.
- Manage bank transactions like NEFT, RTGS, bank guarantees, transfers, etc.
- Keep a record of all bank transactions for future reference and audits.
- Gather and update budget details for site-related work.
- Check office supply needs regularly and order stationery when needed.
- CUG mobile bills check and verify with site.
- Help with other general office tasks as needed.
**Job Requirements**:
Designation - Office Assistant
Gender - Male only
Qualification - Any UG degree
Experience - 1-3 yrs
Basic Knowledge - Tally, MS Office & Bank transactions
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
