**Job Title: Graphic Designer/Web Master**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the design and layout of the company website and online store.
- Update and maintain the website to ensure it is user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing.
- Create banners, promotional flyers, and other marketing materials to support sales and promotional campaigns.
- Edit and enhance photos & videos for use on the website, online store, SNS (Facebook, Instagram, X, or others) and marketing materials.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align web and graphic design with branding and marketing strategies.
- Monitor website performance and implement necessary updates or improvements.
- Ensure the website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and mobile devices.
- Manage website content and make regular updates as needed.
- Collaborate with external developers or IT staff on technical issues or advanced website features.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a graphic designer and/or web master.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and web design tools (e.g., WordPress, Elementor, or similar platforms).
- Experience in WordPress, Elementor Pro and/or other plugins is essential.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design and graphic design projects.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Experience with photo editing and manipulation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in eCommerce or online retail design.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with video editing software is a plus.

**Details**:
