As a Real Estate Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, engaging with clients, and qualifying prospects for our real estate agents. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and leads based on provided lists or databases.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their real estate needs.
- Schedule appointments for visits, providing details about services and available listings.
- Provide general information about the real estate market, company services, and upcoming properties.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with leads regularly to build relationships and ensure potential opportunities are nurtured.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with an engaging and professional phone presence.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Motivated, self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with excel and google sheets or willingness to learn.
- A basic understanding of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Bilingual (hindi, english, bengali etc.) is a plus but not required.
