Architect with liasoning Skills
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect with exceptional liasoning skills to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful completion of our projects by effectively communicating and collaborating with various clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement architectural designs, adhering to building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.

Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Manage and coordinate the design process, including schedules, budgets, and resources.

Proactively identify and resolve potential issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits to present design solutions and address concerns.

Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.

liasoning Skills:
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with stakeholders

Understanding about local land and construction regulations

Ability to inter act with Govt departments and municipalities for land related and approval related matters.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture

Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience as a licensed architect.

Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ).

Experience in liaisoning with local authorities

LEED certification or other sustainability credentials desirable

Knowledge of local language, English Essential and additional knowledge in Hindi desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
