**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- This is a full-time on-site and office job role for a Interior Designer.

The Interior Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E) selection.

They will be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior designers, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that the design plan is executed efficiently and effectively.

The Interior Designer will report to the Senior Designers

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Utilize SketchUp, AutoCAD to create 3D models, floor plans, elevations and renderings**
- Collaborate with designers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that the design is feasible and meets project specifications and standards
- Produce detailed specifications, drawings and presentations that accurately communicate design intent and project requirements
- Provide creative and technical guidance to designers and support staff

Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, renderings) for clients
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interiors
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Interior Designing field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Continuously research and stay updated on new design trends, technologies and materials
