**Job Description - Digital Marketing Executive**

As our **Digital Marketing Executive**, you will:

- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies for brands like **NSA**, **GABA**, and **The Shikha Dhillon Podcast**:

- Plan, schedule, and manage campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and suggest improvements
- Work closely with our creative and content teams for reels, stories, and posts
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Drive brand visibility and lead generation organically and through paid strategies
- Stay updated with digital trends, hashtags, and algorithms
- Contribute ideas that can go viral

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media/digital marketing (1-3 years)
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Marketing, and YouTube Shorts
- Ability to create & monitor paid campaigns
- Excellent communication and creative copywriting skills
- Canva / basic video editing knowledge is a plus
- Passionate, self-driven, and loves storytelling through digital
