**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting and Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Tally ERP.
- Process journal entries, invoices, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and financial discrepancies.
- **Invoicing and Billing**:

- Generate and send accurate invoices to clients for services rendered.
- Ensure timely follow-ups for outstanding payments.
- Maintain records of accounts receivable and payable.
- **Vendor Billing and Payments**:

- Process vendor bills and maintain payment schedules.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements with purchase records.
- **Taxation and Compliance**:

- Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax laws.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements.
- Generate reports on cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- **Support and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP software** for accounting and invoicing.
- Bachelor's in **Commerce** or related field.
- Strong knowledge of **GST**, **TDS**, and compliance regulations.
- Experience in vendor billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Tally, GST, or Accounting is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
