**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Co
- founders and managing partners to know about the job requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to making job offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide support to managing partners on interview techniques and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Masters’ degree pursuing in HR
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel.
