Manage day-to-day store operations including inventory control, stock handling, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movement.
- Ensure timely receipt, inspection, and proper storage of materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for stock planning and order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions to avoid shortages.
- Implement and maintain FIFO/LIFO practices as per product type.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and MIS reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.
