The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and recovery in accordance with medical standards and hospital protocols. This role involves direct patient care, coordination with the medical team, and maintaining accurate patient records.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, injections, and IV therapy as prescribed.
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions to the medical team.
- Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Implement and follow strict infection control and safety protocols.
- Assist in wound care, dressing changes, catheter insertions, and other nursing procedures.
- Support patients with daily living activities when required.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid registration with [State/National Nursing Council].
- Minimum [X] years of clinical or hospital experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shift rotations, including nights and weekends.

**Work Environment**
- Hospital ward, ICU, outpatient department, or specialized unit as assigned.
- May require standing for extended periods and handling physically demanding tasks.
