**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Planning**:

- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing of products.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain departments to ensure the availability of raw materials.
- Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

**Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed Batch Manufacturing Records for each production batch.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of BMRs to ensure accuracy and completeness.

**Formulation and Process Development**:

- Collaborate with R&D to scale up formulations from lab to production scale.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
- Continuously improve formulation processes to enhance product quality and consistency.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet specified standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

**Worker Management**:

- Supervise and provide guidance to production workers to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Train and develop production staff on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all employees.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all production activities.
- Generate and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all records are accurately maintained and readily available for audits.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards relevant to cosmetic and topical drug manufacturing.
- Ensure all production activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in production planning and management in a cosmetic or topical drug manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements for cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
