Reputed Company Requires Sales & Survey Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
Four-to-six years Human Resources or other related industry experience.
College degree, plus work experience in surveys and/or compensation design.
Ability to work independently in a survey operations role and to interact with various internal and external constituents.
Prior experience in positions requiring strong customer service skills preferred.
Prior high-tech sales compensation experience is desirable.
Completion of some World at Work courses a plus.
Must be a motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize large volumes of data. Attention to detail is crucial.
Organization skills, detail oriented, ability to take direction, work independently, as well as support a team.
Must be computer proficient and able to represent Aon and Radford with clients in the US and across the world.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus) and Word. PowerPoint and Access experience a plus.
Processing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skills also required.
