**Role Overview**:
We are looking for passionate and motivated English Master Teachers specializing in grades 1-10. This position offers an exciting opportunity for new educators to grow and contribute significantly to student's academic journeys. You will be responsible for delivering expert-level instruction, developing engaging curriculum content, and working collaboratively with fellow educators in a supportive learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum & Content Development**: Design engaging curriculum, lesson plans, and interactive PowerPoint presentations to facilitate effective learning.
- **Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)**: Communicate with parents to discuss student progress, provide valuable feedback, and offer strategies for academic support.
- **Create a Positive Learning Environment**: Foster a motivating and supportive virtual classroom that encourages student participation and academic growth.
- **Mentorship & Collaboration**: Collaborate with other educators to enhance teaching strategies, share best practices, and promote continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Experience**: This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about teaching and eager to start their teaching career.
- **Virtual Classroom Skills**: Ability to create engaging and interactive virtual classroom environments.
- **Communication**: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage students in an online setting.

**Work Details**:

- **Location**: Visakhapatnam (In-office Role)
- **Working Hours**: 9 hours per day, 6 days a week

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
- **Salary Range**: INR 3.6- 10 LPA
