**Job Overview**:
As a Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in our business development process. Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling, lead generation, and prospect verification.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, maintaining a pipeline of prospects for the sales team.

Prospect Verification: Validate and update contact information to ensure accuracy and relevance in the database.

Communication: Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs, address queries, and present the value proposition of our offerings.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall business development goals.

Innovative Thinking: Propose and implement creative approaches to enhance lead generation processes and improve overall efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Fluency in speaking, with a clear and articulate phone manner.

Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or customer service is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Schedule**:
