**Job Details**:
**Job Title**: Fixture Designer
- Full experience Welding fixture & checking fixture
: - Ability to take a general concept and develop it into a finished product with little supervision
- Create detailed 3D designs and drawings
- Produce working drawings, detail drawings, and bills of materials
- Ensure our designs meet both customer and Select Tool Standards
- Knowledge of GD&T - Focused on technical detail while making effective contributions
- Improve existing tooling to enhance performance
- Adhere to all ISO procedures pertaining to job responsibilities
- Should have strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills..
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements:

- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills; new designs require interaction with Engineering, Project Management, Assembly Personnel, Vendors and Customers.

**Education**:
NTTF/CIPET/GTTC/DME/BE/Equivalent.
**Experience**: 5 to 8years’ experience in welding fixture & checking fixture.

Located at the industrial Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram the tool room has the latest, state of the art machinery (VMC - DMG Mori Seki, EDM+Drill EDM - Makino) along with a gamut of conventional machines (EDM Drill, Surface Grinders, Vertical Milling, etc.). They have mechanized workpiece handling systems to minimize human error and effort and to enable their team to focus on their primary role of making the best, most accurate moulds possible
