**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data in **ERP/MS Excel** as per company requirements.
- Maintain and organize **production, inventory, and other related data**.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of **purchase orders, invoices, stock movement, and other factory records**.
- Verify data for correctness, completeness, and consistency.
- Assist in preparing **MIS reports, stock reports, and other documentation** as required.
- Maintain and update employee attendance records in coordination with HR.
- Ensure confidentiality of company data and comply with internal policies.
- Coordinate with the accounts, production, and logistics teams for data accuracy.

**Educational Qualification & Experience**:

- **12th Pass / Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent)**.
- **1-3 years** of experience in data entry, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- **Good typing speed** and accuracy with proficiency in **MS Excel & ERP**.
- Basic knowledge of **inventory**is a plus.
- Familiarity with **factory documentation and record-keeping** is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Fast and accurate data entry skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Google Sheet**.
- Basic knowledge of **ERP** is a plus.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced factory environment**.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
