We are hiring a **Reruiter** to manage end-to-end hiring for our clients. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding. You will also get the opportunity to directly manage client relationships, act as the SPOC for their hiring needs and provide regular updates. This role offers excellent exposure to both recruitment and client management, giving you a strong platform to grow in HR and talent acquisition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with clients.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle until onboarding.

**Client Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Act as a single point of contact for hiring requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment status.
- Understand client business needs to deliver suitable talent solutions.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
