Cashier (Cafe)

**Job Title: Cashier**

We are looking for a **dedicated and experienced Senior Cashier** to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with **1+ years of proven experience** in cashiering, billing, or retail operations, and who is committed to long-term growth in a customer-facing role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately handle all payment transactions (cash, card, UPI, etc.)
- Operate the billing/POS system efficiently and responsibly
- Maintain daily cash reports and reconcile registers at shift start/end
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness at the billing counter
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Handle queries, returns, and billing issues efficiently
- Support inventory and invoice processes when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1+ years of experience** as a cashier in retail, café, or hospitality
- Strong skills in handling cash, card, and digital payments
- Familiarity with billing software and POS systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
- Honest, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
