**1. **IPQA Activities**
- To cross verify RM & PM process order against batch record during dispensing
- To give line clearance for different stages of manufacturing process
- To perform in process checks in different manufacturing & packing stages
- To execute Process validation & Cleaning validation
- Collection of validation samples and submission of samples to QC for analysis.
- To perform terminal inspection
- To review and verify Production documents like log sheets, Calibration records, Temperature & RH monitoring logs etc.,
- To perform calibration of in-process instruments like friabilator, DT apparatus, Weigh balance, pH meter etc.

**IPQA Documentation**
- Hands on experience in handling QMS (Change Control, Deviation, Incidents, Market Complaints, Training etc.,)
- Good knowledge on Regulatory GMP guidelines
- To Prepare Master Formula Records, Batch Manufacturing Records and Batch Packing Records
- To Issue Batch records
- To prepare Product Quality Review document
- To prepare Process validation & Cleaning validation protocols and reports
- To prepare Stability & Hold time study protocols and reports
- To prepare SOPs, Formats, etc.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
