**Job Descritpion of MDM Airwatch Admin**:
8 to 10 Years Relevant Experience
- Experience with MDM administration. Responsible for 24x7 technical support, including MDM administration, performance monitoring and scripting. Work independently with performing day to day maintenance and operation support.
- Microsoft Intune (MDM) Administration/Airwatch Administration.
- Endpoint Manager Administration.
- License Management.
- Users and groups Management.
- Security and Compliance Management.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Establish mechanisms for data backup/restore.
- Document policies, process, and procedures and implement best practices.
- PowerShell and Unix shell scripting skills.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot errors.
- Create automation for repeating task.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively work on and prioritize multiple concurrent jobs.
- Coordinate with service provider for issues and incidents related to critical Server outages, SEV 1 issues and RCA.
- Participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation.
- Experience in ITIL process.
- Experience in Service Now.
