- Maintain and update inventory records in the system.

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of items to prevent damage or loss.
- Organize and label stock for easy access and retrieval.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
- Generate reports on stock levels, orders, and discrepancies.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate stock deliveries and orders..
- Assist with the preparation of stock reports and forecasts.
- **Maintenance and Organization**:

- Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Implement best practices for store layout and space utilization.
- Conduct periodic reviews of store layout and suggest improvements.
- **Customer Service**:

- Assist internal departments with stock inquiries and fulfillment requests.
- Provide excellent service and support to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a store keeper or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, and perform physical tasks as required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
