Roles & Responsibilities - The Location Scouting and Mapping Assistant Manager is responsible for all aspects of scouting and mapping new locations. - This includes conducting market research, site selection analysis, creating and maintaining scouting and mapping reports, and updating maps and data. - The Location Scouting and Mapping Assistant Manager must be willing to travel, highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent research and analytical skills. - They must also be able to work independently and be comfortable working with a large amount of data. They must be proficient with various mapping software. Required skills - Willingness to travel and scout potential locations - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Mapping Apps. - The ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify potential locations. - The ability to create and maintain accurate and up-to-date scouting and mapping reports. - Map updates: The ability to update maps and data as new information becomes available.
