**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, hair type, and desired look
- Perform haircuts, blow-drying, coloring, highlights, hair spa, and treatments
- Suggest hairstyles and treatments based on face shape, hair condition, and trends
- Stay updated with the latest hair fashion trends, techniques, and products
- Maintain salon hygiene and cleanliness of workstations and tools
- Recommend professional hair care products to clients for at-home use
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Assist in salon promotional activities and events when required
- Follow Rawls’ service protocols to ensure premium client satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of professional hairstyling experience (luxury salon experience preferred)
- Strong skills in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Knowledge of hair products, tools, and aftercare recommendations
- Excellent communication and client consultation skills
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a fashion-forward approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end salon environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
