**Job Description: ATL & AI Coordinator**

**Position Overview**

The ATL & AI Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing activities under the Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) curriculum in the school. The coordinator will promote innovation, design thinking, coding, and AI-based projects among students, ensuring alignment with the vision of NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission and CBSE/AI curriculum guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **ATL Lab Management**
- Oversee daily functioning and maintenance of the Atal Tinkering Lab.
- Ensure availability and proper usage of tools, equipment, and resources.
- Maintain inventory and documentation of lab materials.

2. **Program Planning & Implementation**
- Design and conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and projects in ATL & AI.
- Guide students in creating innovative prototypes and solutions to real-life problems.
- Organize intra-school and inter-school competitions, hackathons, and exhibitions.

3. **Curriculum & Training**
- Implement AI curriculum as per CBSE/AI guidelines (AI Foundation, Experiential Learning, Projects).
- Train teachers and students in coding, robotics, electronics, IoT, and AI tools.
- Introduce students to problem-solving, computational thinking, and design thinking.

4. **Mentoring & Guidance**
- Mentor students in ATL and AI projects for national/international competitions.
- Provide technical guidance for tinkering, innovation, and AI-based problem solving.
- Encourage participation in AIM/CBSE/NCERT-led programs and initiatives.

5. **Collaboration & Networking**
- Collaborate with external mentors, experts, and industry professionals.
- Coordinate with AIM, CBSE, and other stakeholders for compliance and reporting.
- Build partnerships with innovation hubs, startups, and higher education institutions.

6. **Monitoring & Reporting**
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and student innovation portfolios.
- Submit reports to school leadership and external bodies as required.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and effective utilization of lab resources.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of STEM, coding (Python, Scratch, C++/Arduino), robotics, electronics, and AI tools.
- Familiarity with AI concepts like Machine Learning, Data Analysis, and AI Ethics.
- Creativity, innovation mindset, and passion for guiding students.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct workshops and training programs effectively.

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Robotics, or related field.
- Additional certifications in AI, Robotics, or Design Thinking preferred.

**Experience**
- 2-5 years of teaching/training experience in STEM/AI/Robotics.
- Prior experience managing ATL or similar innovation labs will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
